向超宇 研究员
向超宇 研究员 博士,博士生导师。2014年获得美国佛罗里达大学材料科学博士学位。博士毕业后先后供职于美国苹果(Apple Inc)公司、寰宇显示公司(Universal Display Corp)和深圳TCL工业研究院有限公司。主要从事量子点发光二极管和钙钛矿发光二极管方面的研究。在器件机理、发光效率、工作寿命等研究领域取得过显著的成果,以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Photonics,Nature Communications,Nan-Macro letter,Advanced Science,Light: Science and Applications等国内外学术期刊发表论文超过20篇,申请和授权专利超100件,国际专利4项。开发了世界首台5英寸和31英寸全彩AM-QLED的样机。提出了量子点能级重构提升电荷注入新思路,首次实现器件寿命突破百万小时;创制量子点表面双钝化方法,推进印刷器件性能突破。主持和参与科技部重点研发计划、浙江省杰青和美国能源部基础科学基金等项目。
