曾俞衡 研究员
曾俞衡,项目研究员,博士生导师,于2005年浙江大学材料科学与工程学系获学士学位,2010年浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室获博士学位,毕业后在中科院宁波材料所从事博士后研究,2015年获中科院公派留学项目资助赴澳大利亚国立大学交流访问,2019年12月晋升项目研究员。
曾俞衡长期从事晶体硅材料、硅薄膜材料、硅基太阳电池等相关研究;近年来专注隧穿氧化硅钝化接触(TOPCon)技术研究,成功开发新型含氮/碳多晶硅、高质量原位等离子体氧化等新材料新技术,开发出认证效率>25%的新型高效TOPCon概念验证电池;截至2024年3月,累计在Energy Environ. Sci.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Small、Sol. RRL、Sol. Energy Mater. & Sol. Cells、Sol. Energy、Cell Reports Phys. Sci.等能源/光伏主流期刊上发表SCI论文120余篇,其中一作/通讯作者60余篇;申请国家专利110余项,已授权40余项;曾获2011年度浙江省科学技术奖一等奖(排名7);先后主持国家自然科学面上基金、青年基金、国家重点研发计划二级子课题、浙江省尖兵领雁攻关项目子课题、浙江省自然科学面上基金、辽宁省首批揭榜挂帅科技攻关项目子课题、宁波市科技创新2025项目子课题、宁波市自然科学基金、中国博士后基金面上资助和特别资助;与业内各光伏企业建有广泛联系,参与企业技术委托开发多项,实现技术转移转化1项;与团队成员及合作公司一起开发出具有自主知识产权的量产型管式PECVD装备及其全套技术,获APVIA亚洲光伏-科技成就奖(大学研究所类)、中国发明协会发明创业奖创新奖二等奖、2021年Si-PV十佳贡献奖;推动管式PECVD技术发展,助力其被光伏产业广泛接受并成为TOPCon电池的主要技术路线之一。
