黎瑞锋 副研究员

黎瑞锋博士,“春蕾人才”副研究员。2016年于浙江大学获博士学位,长期从事量子点光电器件的研究,曾担任TCL研究院QLED研究团队资深工程师,在学术和产业有丰富的研究经验。2019年加入中科院宁波材料所,通过对功能材料、器件结构与器件工艺的优化,获得QLED器件效率与寿命的突破,其中红绿器件EQE>24%,寿命T95@1000nits>10,000h(底发射),蓝光器件EQE>20%,寿命T95@1000nits>350h(底发射)。作为核心骨干参与国家自然科学基金重大项目(61290300)、国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金(U23A200401)、浙江省创新创业团队(2021R01003)、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目(项目编号: Z6100117)、宁波市3315创新团队项目(2020A-01-B),以及德国DAAD支持的访问学者项目。迄今为止,已在ACS Photonics、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Applied Surface Science、Scientific Reports、RSC Advances等国际期刊上发表量子点材料与器件相关论文15篇,申请量子点器件发明专利8件。
